Zpm500 Series is mainly used to press hard-forming materials into tablets in pharmaceutical industry, chemical, foodstuff, and electronic industries.
Salient Features
1. Fully closed housing system. Plexiglass doors and windows, stainless steel frame. This machine is with reinforced layer on the turret, ensuring the surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements. 2. Frequency speed control system adopted on the machine. The electric motor is fixed on the base plate to prevent the motor from vibrating during working. 3. The upper and lower guide rails and punches are lubricated with an intermittent fixed low flow rate automatic lubricating system so as to reduce the wear of guide rails. 4. A hydraulic overload protection advice is equipped so that the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged. 5. An air intake adjuster to reduce the flying dust from the tablet pressing chamber. 6. A high precision pressure sensor is equipped to check the pressing pressure automatically. 7. The tablet weight control system is with the function of rejecting unqualified tablets automatically. 8. Different kinds of impellers for force feeder, to meet the feeding requirement of different raw materials.
