• Moulding with 18 holes and reached the capacity of 2300pcs/min, the actual working capacity could be 120000pcs/h and it could keep continuous working over 18hrs per day.
• Enlarged the dosing disc 3cm, and efficiently improved the filling precision and the material filling evenly in the dosing disc, which is higher than national standard.
• Adding with dust proof ring on the mould rotation table, makes sure sealing well during machine running and reduced the maintenance problem.
• By the reference position of lower dosing disc,with 3 dimensional adjustment structure, reduced the natural deformation of dosing disc and copper pad disc, in that case, the distance even and reduced the leaking of materials. It makes the installation and cleaning easy and convenient, improved the working efficiency.
• Capsule opening and locking are controlled automatically, safely and convenient.
