This system is designed for pre-made bags, which is a fully automatic bag packing machine with automatic vacuum feeder and auger weighing and filling dispenser system.
It is good for powder materials such as condiment powder, glucose, milk powder, coffee and additives.
This system is PLC controlled and with automatic adjustment bag width device, fully automatic zipper opening device, vacuum feeder, vertical auger powder dispensing system, automatic material hoist, and discharging conveyor.
work process:
1. no bag feeding from upside, sending to the bag holder (with no bag alarm function)
2. Print the date of manufacture. (ribbon detection, ribbon out of shutdown alarm, touch screen display)
3. zip opening. (Open bag detecting, without bag there will be no filling)
4. filling (detection: no filling no sealing)
5. Vibration (to prevent the material from being filled too full and the sealing is not smooth)
6. Vibration (tapping)
7. Heat seal. (heat sealing by high temperature)
8. Shape the output. (plastic sealing to ensure the beauty of the seal)
