The buyer shall cooperate with the following requirements:
1. The workshop should be kept dry and ventilated, and there should be air conditioning to ensure the temperature and humidity of the workshop in a stable state. At the same time, sufficient equipment space should be ensured in the workshop. 2. The surface of workshop wall, floor and packaging equipment shall be kept clean, dry and free of water. 3. Provide single-phase 220V voltage terminal. 4. Arrange mechanics and operators with certain mechanical foundation to participate in equipment installation and debugging, learning and training. 5. Requirements for making film and bag: 1) except for electrostatic treatment, there must be no moisture, moisture, water droplets or foreign matters in the film and on the outer wall. 2) there is no adhesion phenomenon caused by printing between the membrane words, and the surface of the membrane maintains good slip. 3) film width error ±1.5mm, film length error ±2.0mm. 4) the membrane shear part should be flat and straight, and no abnormal phenomena such as twists and turns or rolls are allowed. 5) film thickness and material should be consistent with the provided sample. |
