Description:
The series of vacuum mixer are mainly used in all kinds of liquid- liquid phase, liquid-solid phase mixing, dispersion and emulsion processing. All kinds of slow agitator: paddle-type, spiral type and frame type(also with scraper), can be installed in the stainless steel tank body for completed mixing. In addition, high-speed emulsifier in the tank: scattered disc type, the upper suction shearing type, the lower suction shearing type, the upper and lower suction type, and emulsifier installed at the bottom of tank body etc., can meet different requirements of materials with various physical properties and achieve superfine dispersion and emulsification.

The series of vacuum emulsifying mixer adopting sanitary stainless steel material, with good internal and external polish surface, manufactured meticulously, can maximize the the stability of equipment on the basis of mixing emulsification effects. Tanks can be heated or cooled, with Miller sandwich plate, having advantages of large exchange area and high efficiency of exchanging heat.

Application

1. Soluble (or miscible materials) solid and liquid in accelerated dissolution
2.Immiscible solid-liquid phase suspensions in superfine mixing dispersion
3. Immiscible liquid-liquid phase solution in inclusive micro-emulsion
4. High-viscosity material powder-liquid in overall mixing and superfine dispersion
5.Nanomaterial aggregates in strong deploymerization and superfine dispersion
Cosmetic: face cream, hand cream, BB cream, lipstick cream, sunscreen cream, eyelash to cream, hair gel, lotion, bath shampoo, hair gel, nail polish, hair conditioner etc.
Pharmaceutical industry: ointments, syrup, nutrition, bio-products, paste of pharmaceutical etc.
Daily use industry: toothpaste, detergents, shoes polish, soap, fragrance etc
Food industry: sauces, jam, chocolate, butter, vegetable proteins, animal proteins etc.
Chemical industry: Painting, pigment, dyes, paints, adhesives detergents.
