Application
Th is model double cone mixer is also called conical blender, which is designed on the basis of Japan technology and combined with our more than 18 years of manufacturing experiences with improvement of high efficiency and easy operation. It is Widely used in feed, food, pesticides, dyes, pigments, plastic, resin, chemical raw materials, spices, cosmetics, medical and all kinds of powder additives and other hybrid, and can also be applied to the powder blending with a little liquid.

Working principle and features

It is for the blending of materials with different gravity or powder adding with some other aditives. Using internal and external rotation blend ing with high evenness. The mixing barrel can be tilted to any a ngle, convenient for discharging products. With automatic timer for setting of 0-60minutes working and stop automatically. Discharging butterfly valve is made of stainless steel to avoid dust flying and powder leaks. GMP Standard.
The diffusion principle of gravity blending , pressure feedback of material will be cu t into pieces.
The machine is GMP Standard. The Blending chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel inside and outside of the wall by the fine polishing processing, which make sure the whole process of material blending is without any pollution, low consumption, convenient cleaning.The operation is simple, easy to clean, suitable to G.M.P food, pharmaceutical factories.
