Features:

3.There are two transparent drums made of organic glass in the tester. The drums rotate at constant speed of 25 r.p.m, when count down to stipulated 100 revolves, the tester will stop automatically and make an alarm. The tester is structured and designed reasonably with good appearance and easiness in operation. Medicine filled drum is convenient to open and transparent enough for testing conditions to be observed.

Working Principle:

While tester is working, samples of medicine in the drum carried by baffle is rolling and slipping incessantly, falling from center of axis onto wall of the drum or other medicine fallen down before. Thus friction, vibration and impinging occur among the samples. Once count down to stipulated 100 revolves, the samples will be taken out so that conditions of breaking and fragmentation can be observed. Remove the powder and weigh the sample precisely, figure out the percent of loss.
