Working principle:

The pulverizer set consists of a large universal pulverizing machine head, with cyclone discharging device, dust collection box, and the draught fan at the end of the system.  Discharging: static discharge, no wind blow, it is good for dust material. Draught fan is with huge negative pressure, which is to speed up the rapid discharge of the main crushing system, to make the materials fall from the screens and discharge, and to speed up the air cycle in the main crushing chamber, to prevent the internal temperature rise, just like air cooling, which is conducive for processing the heat-sensitive materials, at the same time the equipment is equipped with water circulating cooling device , so the pipe connections are quick open connection.

Characters:

The machine is composed of the main crushing machine, cyclone separator, pulse dust separator, fan and other components. Material go through the feeding hopper enters the crushing chamber, which is crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The crushed material enters the cyclone separation chamber under the action of the rotating centrifugal force and the induced draft fan. After the fan is closed, the material is discharged, and the dust enters the pulse dust removal box, which is filtered through the filtering  bags and then recycled. The fineness of material grinding is regulated by the screen.

This machine is designed according to GMP standard, the machine is made of  full stainless steel, and no dust flies in the production process.

Working Principle:

The uncut raw material is fed by a transport chain from the backward material plate. When going forward an upper chain covers the cutting material.

Then the highly compressed material comes out by steps, and finally the hanging out material is cut off by an up and down moving system of knives.
