YK-160 is fully made of stainless steel, for wet-process Granulating with easy operation and maintenance, conveniently disassembling and cleaning, and free of blind corner, and complies with GMP requirements.
This machine is mainly composed of pendular roller, main body, transmission system, and tightening device of sieve. It could work together with dryer for making dry granules for preparation of tablet compression.
This machine could be customized to be YK-60, YK-100 or YK-160 for different purpose.
If for lab or small scaled manufacturing, you may choose YK-100 or even YK-60. For batch manufacturing, we recomend you YK-160.
